RESERVATION LOG BOOK UPDATED,

GUEST REQUEST OBTAINED, RESERVATION LOG BOOK REVIEWED,

FLOOR PLAN OBTAINED AND REVIEWED,

TABLE ALLOCATION CONFIRMED,

GUEST INFORMATION UPDATED AND OBTAINED AND GUEST DATABASE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHMENT REQUIREMENTS.
